Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the Rebirth Connect application ("the App") provided by Rebirth Solutions Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (no. 17552041). By using the App you agree to these terms.

The service

The App is a network client that establishes an encrypted connection to servers specified in your account configuration. Access to our servers requires an active account. We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, specific speeds or availability in every location.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in methods secure and for activity under your account. Configuration links are personal and must not be shared or resold.

Acceptable use

You must comply with the laws that apply to you. You must not use the service to:

• commit fraud, distribute malware, send spam or carry out attacks on other systems;
• infringe intellectual property or other rights of third parties;
• access, store or distribute child sexual abuse material or other unlawful content;
• interfere with or overload our infrastructure.

We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

Subscriptions

The App does not offer in-app purchases. Any subscription is purchased and managed outside the App under the terms presented at the point of purchase.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App in accordance with these terms and the Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The App includes open-source components, which are licensed under their own terms.

Liability

The App is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of England and Wales, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes and termination

We may update these terms and will post changes on this page. You may stop using the App at any time and request deletion of your account.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
